MARRAKESH MOROCCAN SPICE RUB

Ingredients

  • 2 tbls Sweet Hungarian Paprika
  • 1 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • ½ tsp freshly gnd Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp gnd Ginger
  • ½ tsp gnd Cardamom
  • ½ tsp. gnd Cumin
  • ¼ tsp gnd Cloves
  • ¼ tsp gnd Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp gnd Pimento
  • ¼ tsp Cayenne

 

Method

In a small bowl, stir together all the ingredients. Cover the bowl. Stored in an airtight container, the spice rub will keep at room temperature for up to six months.
