KINGSCLIFF TROPICAL FISH AND CHICKEN RUB

Ingredients

  • 2 tbls Coconut Sugar
  • 1 tbls dried Thyme leaves
  • 1 tbls gnd Pimento
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbls Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Cayenne
  • ½ tsp Scotch Bonnet Dried Gnd

 

Method

Stir together all ingredients.

Store in an airtight container for up to 1 year.

Don’t be afraid to use this seasoning aggressively. Use 3-4 tbls per Kilo of Fish, Poultry or Prawns
