Isaan Grilled Pork





300gm Pork shoulder blade
3 tbls Soy sauce
2 tbls oyster sauce
1 ½ tbls sugar
1 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
3 tbls fresh Milk



  1. Place 300g of Pork shoulder blade into a bowl, and add 3 tbls Soy sauce. 2 tbls Oyster sauce, 3 tbls fresh Milk, 1 ½ tbls Sugar, ½ tsp Salt and 1 tsp Pepper. Mix everything together and rub the marinate into the Pork, and leave to marinade for at least 1 hour. The longer the better.
  2. Grill the Pork on medium heat for about 15 mins on each side depending on how thick your cut of Pork is. Make sure that the Pork is browned on the outside.
  3. Finally, thinly slice the Pork, and pair with a good meat dipping sauce.
