Creamy Cashew Masala

Beef, Chicken, Lamb, Pork, Vegetarian

1/2 bottle Exotic Masala
1 cup cashews
1tbsp butter
2tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup cream
coriander, chopped
1 fresh red chilli, seeded and
500g meat of your choice



  1. Gently pan fry cashews in butter then grind cashews to a fine paste until fat is released. Set aside. In the same pan, fry meat until golden brown in olive oil. Set aside.
  2. Gently fry chilli until tender. Add cashew paste and meat and combine. Pour Exotic Masala sauce over meat, add 1/2 cup water and allow to simmer until meat is cooked and tender and sauce has begun to thicken.
  3. Before serving fold in fresh cream to mix.
  4. Serve over rice or with naan bread. Garnish with fresh chilli, coriander and crunchy cashews.
