Ingredients

1 kg Diced Pork
1/4 cup White wine
1 tsp Shashemane Piri Piri Sauce
1 tsp Olive oil
2 Bay leaves
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp gnd Pimento
Salt and gnd Black Pepper to taste

 

Method

  1. Rinse pork, and place in large bowl.
  2. Add Wine, Olive oil and Shashemane Piri Piri Sauce.
  3. Season with Bay leaves, Garlic, Paprika, Pimento, Salt and Pepper. Mix, coat Pork. Cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Heat a heavy pan on medium heat. Cook Pork and marinade until it shreds easily, for about 1 hour. Add water as needed.
  5. Once it is done, serve it on some Crusty Sour Dough bread.
