Ingredients
1 kg Diced Pork
1/4 cup White wine
1 tsp Shashemane Piri Piri Sauce
1 tsp Olive oil
2 Bay leaves
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp gnd Pimento
Salt and gnd Black Pepper to taste
Method
- Rinse pork, and place in large bowl.
- Add Wine, Olive oil and Shashemane Piri Piri Sauce.
- Season with Bay leaves, Garlic, Paprika, Pimento, Salt and Pepper. Mix, coat Pork. Cover, and refrigerate overnight.
- Heat a heavy pan on medium heat. Cook Pork and marinade until it shreds easily, for about 1 hour. Add water as needed.
- Once it is done, serve it on some Crusty Sour Dough bread.
