INGREDIENTS
6 Sydney Rock Oysters
20ml Chipotle Sauce
50g mozzarella cheese
50g prosciutto
METHOD
- Select six large Sydney Rock Oysters that have been opened, the larger the better.
- Add a quarter of a teaspoon of Chipotle Sauce.
- Finely dice prosciutto, place a pinch of prosciutto on top of each oyster. Grate mozzarella cheese, place a layer of cheese over the top of prosciutto.
- Grill under pre-heated griller until golden.
- Enjoy with a hefty Shiraz.
