Disaster Bay Oysters

INGREDIENTS
6 Sydney Rock Oysters
20ml Chipotle Sauce
50g mozzarella cheese
50g prosciutto

 

METHOD

  1. Select six large Sydney Rock Oysters that have been opened, the larger the better.
  2. Add a quarter of a teaspoon of Chipotle Sauce.
  3. Finely dice prosciutto, place a pinch of prosciutto on top of each oyster. Grate mozzarella cheese, place a layer of cheese over the top of prosciutto.
  4. Grill under pre-heated griller until golden.
  5. Enjoy with a hefty Shiraz.
