INGREDIENTS
Serves 4-6
1 large onion
4 cloves garlic
1/2tsp ginger
1kg chicken, pork or lamb
420g can diced tomatoes
1 can coconut milk
4tbsp Spicy Kasoundi
METHOD
- Sauté chopped onions, garlic and ginger. Set aside.
- Brown diced chicken, pork or lamb. Add tomatoes, coconut milk and Spicy Kasoundi along with onions, garlic and ginger. Simmer until meat is cooked and tender.
- Serve over rice.
