Shashemane’s Brutal Peri-Peri Sauce

SHASHEMANE’S BRUTAL PERI-PERI SAUCE

 

 

Ingredients

½ cup white Vinegar
½ cup Lemon freshly squeezed
½ cup Olive oil
1 tsp Scorpion  powder
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Garlic chopped
6 Habaneros
10 Bird’s eye chillies, finely chopped

Method

  1. Process all the ingredients in a food processor
  2. Pour into jars, shake well and you’re done.
  3. The sauce improves with time and will be even better  and more fiery  after standing for an hour or even a day.
