RED PEPPER SAUCE (PIMENTA MOIDA)

Pimenta Moida

 

Ingredients

250 gm red Cayenne Chillies, chopped
1 tbls Sea salt Flakes
1/2 tbls White Wine vinegar
1 tbls Olive oil

 

Method

  1. Place the Chillies and salt in a blender and blend until smooth and even consistency.
  2. Place the mixture into pan and let it cook on medium heat for 3-4 mins.
  3. Stir in the Vinegar and Olive oil well and then pour into a jar for storage.
  4. Place it a refrigerator and serve whenever.
